If your page is not using framesets, it will lack navigation. With the use of JavaScript redirection you will be able to resolve the issue converting the framed pages as landing pages without the use of framesets.

5. It is a known fact that dynamic pages cannot be crawled by the spiders. You will be able to resolve this issue by the use of multiple doorway pages that will automatically redirect but is can be a terrible mistake that you will be making. This will fetch the wrath of Google.
