Even if you happened to be an authority site, it is worthwhile to be linked to other authority sites such as government agencies and charity organizations. If you link to authority site, while being an authority site yourself, you will lead your website to the status of a hub site. The attributes of a hub site include high number of outgoing links to related websites. A website can simultaneously be an authority site and a hub site.
